Dr. Linus Pauling
  disclosed using high dosage of Vitamin C Therapy for Heart Disease in his book "Cancer and Vitamin C," which is based on his US patent, US 5,278,189. Mega doses of Vitamin C have proven to be an effective antibiotic, a nontoxic anticancer agent, and a treatment for heart disease. The real reasons behind conventional medicine's rejection of vitamin C therapy is money since vitamin C is dirt cheap as compared to pharmaceutical drugs. You can see why the pioneers of vitamin C research often faced great resistance in their advocacy for the health benefits of this nutrient.

Dr. Dennis Goodman, his book, "Vitamin K2: The Missing Nutrient for Heart and Bone Health" presents the latest and most impressive research studies and insights on diet, exercise, and stress reduction.

Dr. Kate Rheaume-Bleue, a popular health expert on Canadian television and radio, sounds a warning about the popularity of the Calcium and Vitamin D craze, while illustrating the enormous health benefits of Vitamin K2 in making the body less susceptible to dental cavities, heart disease, prostate cancer, liver cancer, diabetes, wrinkles, obesity, varicose veins, and other ailments.

With so much focus on Vitamin D, it is surprising you do not hear more about Vitamin K2. Numerous studies show a link between Vitamin K2, bone health and heart health. Everyone needs to be aware of the role this vitamin plays in health and wellness, the link between vitamin K2 and how it may protect against some of the most common diseases you are at risk for as you age. While millions of people take Calcium and Vitamin D supplements thinking they are helping their bones. The truth is, without the addition of Vitamin K2, such a health regimen could prove dangerous. Without Vitamin K2, the body cannot direct Calcium to the bones where it is needed. Instead, the calcium resides in soft tissue (like the arteries), leading to a combination of Osteoporosis and Atherosclerosis or the dreaded Heart Disease.

Did you know the highest Vitamin D recommended daily allowance (RDA) is only 800 IU? What if you were told to take 50,000 IU, 100,000 IU or even 200,000 IU? Do you think it would be possible to do this safely? Most Doctors believe vitamin D levels should not be above 100 ng/mL. What if your blood work said 2000 ng/mL, 3000 ng/mL or even more? Would you panic? Welcome to the world of true high-dose vitamin D therapy. A therapy taking the Portuguese speaking world by storm and helping people with diseases as serious as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, among many other autoimmune diseases, with 95% success. In addition, the risk of myocardial infarction lowers by 50% between those subjected to an angiography. The risk of colon cancer can drop up to 80% and the risk of breast cancer up to 83% - imagine! Millions of men and women could still be alive if only they had known about Vitamin D in advance. Nevertheless, more than 1 billion people have insufficient vitamin D levels.

Magnesium is an essential nutrient, indispensable to your health and well-being. By adding this mineral to your diet, you are guarding against and helping to alleviate such threats as Heart DisdiseaseStrokeOsteoporosisDiabetesDepressionArthritis, and Asthma. But despite magnesium’s numerous benefits, many Americans remain dangerously deficient. Updated and revised throughout with the latest research, this amazing guide explains the vital role that magnesium plays in your body and life.

This important book, "The Magnesium Miracle," by Dr. Carolyn Dean, brings to light an often overlooked but central factor in some of the most prevalent and serious disorders that affect Americans today: Magnesium Deficiency. Dr. Dean is a medical doctor and a researcher who is considered to be the world's leading expert on the actions and uses of this vital mineral, The Magnesium Miracle explains how magnesium deficiencies develop, why they are so widespread, and how they translate into metabolic disruptions that ultimately threaten the health of virtually every bodily system. She then details how to determine whether you have, or are at risk for, this problem and what you can do about it.

Fats & Cholesterol

For over a century, we have accepted the scientific consensus that cancer results from genetic disease due to chromosomal damage in cell nuclei. But what if scientists are chasing a flawed paradigm? What if cancer is not a disease of damaged DNA, but rather of defective Metabolism due to Mitochondrial dysfunction? What if that startling truth could revolutionize our understanding of other diseases too--and show us a radical new path to optimal health?

Dr. Joseph Mercola explains how nearly all disease is caused by defective metabolic processes. Then he reveals what's really causing your metabolism to go haywire: damage and dysfunction in the mitochondria, thousands of which are at work in nearly every cell in your body, generating 90 percent of the energy you need to stay alive and well. When mitochondria become damaged in large numbers, it is impossible to stay healthy.

You can take control of your health simply by giving your body the proper fuel--and it is not what you have been led to believe. A Ketogenic Diet, low in Carbohydrates and high in healthy fats, is the way to optimize the biochemical pathways that suppress disease and support healing. And the benefits can be astonishing--not only in treating or preventing serious illness, but in boosting your brainpower, increasing your energy, helping you lose weight and keep it off, and much more.

Government recommendations mandating low fat diets are likely the cause of the escalating epidemic of Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes. Several chapters detail the panoply of significant adverse health effects of Statins that have been ignored or suppressed in reports of drug company sponsored trials. These include promoting the development of coronary atherosclerosis and congestive failure. The putative benefits of statins are clearly unrelated to lowering LDL or Cholesterol, but rather anti-inflammatory and especially anticoagulant activities. This clotting or "atherothrombotic" hypothesis appears to explain all the factors known to cause or protect against Coronary Heart Disease. All these contributions expose the fallacies of the lipid hypothesis, which was called "the greatest scientific deception of this century, perhaps of any century" by the distinguished nutritionist George Mann, former Co-Director of the Framingham Study.

Intermittent Fasting

And Autophagy

These days, many of us go about life without much regard to what we eat and how we eat. It is little wonder our bodies become easy targets for all sort of diseases and, worst of all, we do not get to enjoy a long life. The good news is that you can tap into the age long tradition to equip your body with the right resources to be strong, resistant to diseases, and thrive against all odds. You can get rid of toxins from your body and take practical steps to make your body stronger. The best part is that you are not ingesting any drug or following some strict diet to activate this in your body. This book will open you up to tested principles through which you can activate Autophagy in your body.

The traditional "calories in, calories out" weight loss method no longer works. And restrictive low-fat or vegan diets often leave you hungry and irritable. However, when you combine the Keto Diet with a 2016 Nobel Prize winning breakthrough known as Autophagy... You get the keto diet on steroids! Just wait until you see the results.... Fast, consistent, weight loss - all without exercising or being hungry all day. Additionally, countless extra health benefits including: Looking younger, improved digestion, and increased mental clarity. You can even reduce chronic inflammation and reduce seizures!

The best part about Autophagy is that it won’t interfere with your daily routine, and you don’t need to plan a go out of the way in order to make it a successful solution. All you need is the willpower and the courage to take that first step toward getting healthy and ensuring that you do not give up on your plan midway. You will soon be on the path to good health and long life.

Intermittent fasting is when you fast for a few hours before you eat something. There are several ways your body reacts to this situation, and here are a few things that help in cell and hormone functionality. When you starve for long intervals, your body focuses on cell repair, and it also boosts the hormones in the system, making fat storage more accessible. Intermittent fasting is one of the best ways to activate autophagy.

Pineal Gland & Vagus Nerve

The Pineal Gland is a small
endocrine gland in the brain of most vertebrates. The pineal gland produces Melatonin, a serotonin-derived hormone which modulates sleep pattern in Circadian Cycle. The shape of the gland resembles a pinecone from which it derived its name. The pineal gland is located near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two halves join. Some scientific researches of biological evolution have the point of view that the pineal gland represents a kind of atrophied photoreceptor. In some species of amphibians and reptiles, it is linked to a light-sensing organ, known as the parietal eye, which is also called the pineal eye or third eye.

Is Vagus Nerve the Key to Well-being?
The Vagus Nerve is one of the 12 cranial nerves that links the brain stem to the colon, performing vital body functions. Cranial nerves have sensory functions which send information, using the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, about sights, tastes, sounds and smells to the brain, and some motor functions which control the movement of muscles and certain glands, according to Medical News Today.

The Vagus Nerve operates in the Parasympathetic Nervous System, its 4 main functions are:
1. Sensory – providing sensory information from the throat, heart, lungs and abdomen;

2. Special sensory – providing taste sensation behind the tongue;

3. Motor – providing movement for neck muscles so you can swallow and speak; and

4. Parasympathetic – responsible for your digestive tract, respiration and heart rate functioning.

The Sympathetic Nervous System controls the fight or flight response, sending out stress releasing hormones like adrenaline and cortisol so you can react. The act of slow & deep breathing stimulates the Vagus Nerve and helps to relax the body, relieving Stress. Deep breathing has become synonymous with Relaxation, and now there are scientific reasons to support it. Yoga instructors guide their classes through breathing exercises. Therapists instruct their clients with anxiety to use breathing as a calming tool. Fitness instructors remind their clients to maximize their breathing in their workouts. These professionals recognize deep breathing can relax the mind and body, turning the automatic inhales and exhales into conscious actions, for example, Mindful Meditation & Tai-Chi.
